That is stealing Facebook codes and idea.. also images. But soon, owner of this website could be taken to police station and then to court for stealling codes, images and idea.. and They could block the website.. Thats not a good idea to do something like this. I dont prohibite that..

LoL. its been shown to many tv shows. and no image was stolen. no codes stolen. maybe the motif was stolen. and besides, he always has the tag. "this is not facebook". its not a social website either. and everyone can see that facebuko has different domain name as facebook. :P i dont see anything wrong about that.

ITs not about domain, its about the look, if you open the FACEBOOK and FACeBUKO then you see that the idea of the design is stolen...

Donught, to steal a design, you need to steal the images.
If you make fan art, is it stealing?

It isn't exactly stealing as long as no graphics or code was taken. You are aloud to copy an idea, but not the name, any of the graphics, content or codes. So in order for the person responsible for the website to be taken to court, there must be proof that he has stolen directly from Facebook.

13053121k0, stealing the idea isn't bad. It's the name, graphics, content or codes.
