Donught, how did you sitck the top with the middle body and the bottom part of the page ?

Ha how did you make the menu go full height mines sticks out a bit you can see it on my page wacko

Well, I dont know.. Maybe its because you have different design.. I just done it normally and everything was ok.

Just a last quetion does the back ground is an image our color?

because i was looking and there is an image but not that big does the other is color then?

Rodrigo, Yes the image is the background colour, If you want to change the background you have to change the image. And you can change the size of the menu in CSS
