How to make them look different, for example, like you have, title blue and bold?

One friend gave my this code

Code
<script>
$("td.threadNametd:contains('Svarīga')").css({
"background" : "#FFC0CB"
});
$("td.threadNametd a:contains('Svarīga')").css({
"color" : "#0000FF",
"font-weight" : "bold",
"font-size" : "14px"
});
</script>

But for me it didn't work, don't know why, because for him it works fine.

I have no idea what that script is.

To change the sticky style (link wise), i.e. colour, bold, italic etc..

Go to your Control Panel > Design customization > Style sheet (CSS)

Find /* forum Threads Style */

Then find a.threadPinnedLink

And customize everything to your needs:

a.threadPinnedLink:link
a.threadPinnedLink:visted
a.threadPinnedLink:hover
a.threadPinnedLink:active
